Health Tips

Eastern
medicine takes the view that it is not stress that causes illness,
but how we deal with it. Allowing time to relax and becoming "mindful"
is an excellent stress reducer. Do not be fooled into thinking
that sitting in front of the television, or searching the Internet
constitutes as time for you to relax. These types of activities
are still adding more "input" into your life. The goal in relaxation
is to discontinue taking in "input" from our daily lives, and
allow your mind and body to truly relax.

following are suggestions on activities and items that may assist
you in creating a sacred space, one that truly allows you to relax.
