Fisting-
An Anal & Vaginal Adventure
Fisting is
enjoyed by many who prefer a deeper, fuller penetration.
Fisting
is not for everyone. Personally, I have never done it or experienced
it, but I had inquires made to us about it and decided to research
it and interview those who had. Turns out, there are a lot of
people that enjoy it!
On
the Internet it is considered a "fetish," so learning
about it and getting content on it can be more difficult. That
is another reason that I wanted to provide our site visitors with
this article. This way you can enjoy learning about it.
Your
First Fisting Experience-
First,
let me say that after all of my research and speaking with those
whom do this regularly... I can't stress the importance of hygiene,
lubrication and patience to you enough.
Before you try any type of fisting for the first time, make sure
the vaginal or anal area is well cleaned, preferably within the
last hour. Make sure to start with smaller insertions, such as
two or three fingers before working up to the entire hand. Move
slowly to avoid a sudden tear, which can be very painful. Use
proper protection in the way of condoms and latex gloves.
A
good technique to start with is some well lubricated fingering
of the tip of the opening. Start by tracing circles around the
outer rim, then proceed with a leisurely insertion. Move up to
two fingers for a bit, then three and the next thing you know, you'll
have all four fingers comfortably inside. Use a little finger
motion to ease up a little space to work your thumb in. After
the thumb, there's only a little more stretch required to get
the widest part of your fist in. After that, you may find your
hand sucked inwards a bit. Have no fear, but proceed slowly.
Watch
the receiver's face and body for signals of pleasure and/or pain.
Keep going with what works for you. It may take several sessions
of experimentation to find the techniques that work best for you.
You may nail it on the first shot. Either way, keep patient and
enjoy the excitement.
Fisting
Tips
Especially
for anal fisting, you'll want to make sure the entire area is
cleaned out prior to your session. As the giver, it's a very good
idea to wear latex or other protective gloves. For anal fisting,
it's mandatory. Proper hygiene is the key to having repeat sessions
that are both exciting and enjoyable. As the receiver, you don't
want to be walking around funny for the next week (or maybe you
do).
Start
Slow
Make
sure to start each session with a little warm-up before trying
to cram your whole arm up there. As you get more experienced with
fisting, you'll get to know your partner's preferences and thresholds.
It's easy to get caught up in the moment and just ram that fist
up there, but you're better off with a slower, probing approach.
You'll know when they want you to go full tilt.
Lots
of Lubricant
It's
almost impossible to use enough lubricant. Also, you'll want to
liberally apply additional lubricant as your session wares on.
Oil based lubes work wonderfully, but if you're anal fisting,
you may wish to consider a water based lube. Make sure to lube
the fist, the wrist and the entire opening, including the inner
walls.
Relax
If
you're the receiver, make sure to relax your opening so the giver
can work their entire hand in. You'll be amazed how much you'll
stretch and how comfortable it will become once the whole hand
is inside. Let your mind and body relax and breath outward as
you go through the peak insertion stages. You'll find that the
opening will loosen up and allow for the sublime pleasure of being
stretched to the limit.
Fisting
Techniques
Knuckles
Only
Part
the opening with one or two knuckles, then work the rest of your
knuckles in and begin moving them around. The ballistic, rolling
motion of the knuckles has the effect of rolling balls inside
the opening of the anus and can be extremely satisfying.
Open
Palm Fisting
Work
your entire hand into the opening with the palm open. Keep your
fingers rigid and together as your insert and retract your entire
hand into and out of the opening. As you progress, you can add
a little motion from the fingers at the apex of each insertion.
Watch your partner for signs of things they really like.
Open
Fingers Fisting
Similar
to the Open Palm technique, where you insert your hand into the
opening, but with your fingers spread apart. You may find that
you have to stretch around a bit inside the canal to get some
space. The individual fingertips provide for different depths,
pressures and styles of stimulation simultaneously. Wiggle them
a little for added delight.
Finger
Wave
During
Fisting With your hand completely inserted into the opening and
your fingers extended open, begin to do the "Wave" with your fingers.
Go back and forth or stay in one direction - both techniques are
fabulous.
To
the Elbow
Warning:
Beginners should not attempt this technique.
Even experts should proceed at a very slow pace when going down
past the wrist. Keep a closed fist and slowly delve deeper and
deeper into the canal. Make sure to keep any new area you insert
well lubricated. Slowly work your way as far down towards the
elbow as you can. Watch your partner closely because most people
can't make it very far. The idea is not to actually get to the
elbow (very few can actually do that), but to go in that direction
and enjoy the pleasure of a deep probing.
Twisting
While
Fisting With a closed fist inserted well into the opening, slowly
twist your entire arm back and forth. The receiver will absorb
stimulation from the entire region in contact. This technique
can quickly overpower the receiver, so watch them closely.
Clean
the Bird
Reach
your open hand into the opening as though it were Thanksgiving
day and you were probing into the bird to clean out the innards.
Once you're inside, feel around and though you were looking for
the little bag of gimlets. Make the receiver cluck like a turkey
for fun.
Brass
Knuckles
Roll
the tips of your knuckles across the top of the opening. Your
raised knuckles provide bumps of pure pleasure and are a great
way to get that opening loosened up for some further exploration.
Fisting
Hygiene
Proper
hygiene is essential before, during and after any fisting activity.
Make sure the giver has cut or filed their fingernails down smooth.
Long nails don't mix well with the anal or vaginal canals. Latex
gloves are a great way to provide protection during this form
of stimulation.
For
Anal Fisting
The receiver should use an enema done 30-60 minutes before the
session to clean out all fecal matter. Use a water based enema
- in fact, water alone should do the trick. Allow at least 15
minutes for all of the water to completely drain.
For
Vaginal Fisting
Though a thorough cleansing of the vaginal area is a good idea
prior to fisting, it's not mandatory. Proper lubrication will
be essential, so a little foreplay won't hurt. Vaginal fisting
is not advisable during menstruation.
Trauma
The
anal canal is a very sensitive area, especially the deeper you
go. Sharp objects, friction and certain materials may cause cuts,
pain and or allergic reaction to the entire region. Believe us
when we tell you that this is not pleasant. Be very careful about
staying within your limits.
If
you're into fisting as part of a little sado-masochistic action,
make sure not to inflict actual pain in this area. There's nothing
wrong with having a fist up there, but you need to be careful.
Infection
The anal area is rife with bacteria and other microorganisms that
can cause terrible damage when introduced to other parts of the
body. HIV/AIDS is a major one. That alone should get you serious.
Latex exam or surgical gloves are mandatory! Lubricants should
never be shared or reused. Never allow open sores or cuts near
this area. Any surfaces involved (hands, toys, sheets, etc.) should
be thoroughly cleansed before AND after each session.
Cleansing
When cleaning this area, you should always begin with warm water
only. Don't add anything until you've become comfortable with
the warm water. Adding other substances, including herbs, soaps
and oils can cause cramps and nausea. Expect to spend up to 2
hours for the entire process.
You're best off experimenting with techniques to get the water
in and out of yourself, but for the most part, the more relaxed
you are, the easier it will be. Many people enjoy the sensations
of a good anal cleansing.
It's possible that you'll get an attack of gas during your cleansing.
This is perfectly normal and should be looked upon as part of
the healing process. You'll want to refill after passing gas,
as the bubbles will displace open areas which can be washed out
with water.
Cleanup
Depending
on the nature of your session, you'll probably want to allow an
hour or so for the various fluids and lubricants to drain out
of you.
You can speed this process with a douche or enema, but take care
not to overscrub the area, as this can cause scraping, which leads
to infection.
Diet
and Nutrition
Again, diet plays a more important role in anal fisting than it
does in vaginal fisting. With a proper diet, you can clear out
the anal canal prior to fisting. Starting 2 or 3 days prior to
your fisting session, begin eating more high fiber foods than
normal. Stay away from dairy products and fatty meats. Also avoid
foods high in simple carbohydrates (sugars, potatoes, french fries,
chocolate). Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of
water (up to 2 liters/day).
