Longer
Sex, Bigger Ejaculations, More Ejaculate
Many
men want to know ways to prolong ejaculation and how to
make it come out with force. One healthy way to do this
is to simply work out your PC (pubococcygeus) muscle which
is better known as the Kegel muscle (also
found in women).
The
next time you go to the washroom and begin urinating, try
to stop the flow midway. Can you? When you have an erection,
can you squeeze your PC muscle and make your penis jump

not, then it would be wise to start exercising your Kegel

Just as working
out your biceps will give you better definition and more strength,
the PC muscle can help you strengthen and better define your erections
and orgasms. But as is the case with everything, discipline is
required. There are different sets of exercises you can do. Select
the one that is best suited for you and do it regularly.
Note
the Pelvic floor muscle is what will be getting strengthened.

Working
The PC Muscle
As
mentioned, stopping your urine midstream can help you figure out
when you're using your PC muscle. Try stopping your urination
three times just to ensure that you understand where the muscle
is located. You
will also feel your anus contracting.
Exercise
1
Quickly
clench and release your PC muscle for a 10-second period. Take
a 10-second break. Perform three sets, then take a 30-second break.
Clench and unclench for 5 seconds with 5-second breaks in between,
10 times in a row. Tighten your PC muscle for 30 seconds and release
for 30 seconds, 3 times in a row. Repeat the first step and you're
done for the day.
Exercise
2
Tighten
your muscle and hold for a count of 5, and release. Repeat 10
times. Squeeze and release the muscle 10 times quickly. Repeat
3 times. Tighten and release your PC muscle in long and short
intervals for counts of 10. Repeat 3 times. Squeeze your muscle
and hold it for as long as you can. Try to work your way up to
120 seconds (relax, that's only two minutes).
Exercise
3
Fully
squeeze and release your muscle over and over again. Begin with
one set of 30, and then slowly work your way up to over 100. Squeeze
as tightly as you possibly can (make sure it's only your PC muscle
that you're clenching). Hold it for 20 seconds, then rest for
30 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
Exercise
4:
Simply
begin squeezing and releasing your muscle for 2 minutes a day
and gradually work your way up to doing it for 20 minutes at least
3 times a day. You should eventually be able to perform at least
200 repetitions per session.
Do
Kegels Any Time & Any Place
You
can do these exercises just about anywhere and at any time. No
one will know that you're squeezing, unless of course you keep
smiling like an goofball while doing them.

understand. I'm just hoping my question will be a common one and
will reach your "Ask Lisa" section in the newsletter (which I

I've
recently been receiving a lot of spam about products that will
supposedly increase the volume of your ejaculate. The one product
name that I can remember is called "Spur-M". I'll admit I'm quite
skeptical about it, but I'll freely admit there's also a LOT of
things I know nothing about. Is it in any way possible that a
supplement could do that? If not, is there any other way?
I'm
48 and I've found that over the years the size of my "load" is
not what it used to be. I know that's a natural aging phenomenon
but if there's a way I could reverse that, that would be very

I

that offer a percentage or flat dollar amount for each sale that
their affiliates refer to their web site. They then provide a
special link that will credit each affiliate for the sale of that
product.
Often
you can spot them because they will have an affiliate code after

where a normal link would simply be http//:www.HolisticWisdom.com.
However, some affiliate programs provide blind links to use (meaning
there is a redirect with no code shown to prevent the consumer
from knowing it is an affiliate link) and you will never know
that you were even referred by one.
In
fact Peter North's web site has a link to the Volume Pill web
site and it is an affiliate link. In turn the company Volume
Pills can claim that any of the people that are linking
to their site to earn income are endorsing their product. In reality,
none of the affiliates may have ever tried it... the affiliates
just know that the product sells well and they are making a lot
of money getting the referral fees for it. Whether they have tired
it and believe in it is really only known by them.
Please
know that there is nothing wrong with affiliate programs, in fact
we offer one ourselves. The point I am trying to make here is
that you need to understand that a lot of marketing is hype. The
person in a blog or chatroom who swears that these products worked
for them and then gives you a link to the site, may simply be
promoting the affiliate program they belong to so that they can
earn income and may never have even tired the product.
Again,
it is not about saying that all these companies are bad or want
to cause you harm, it is about you being an educated consumer
that has your best interests in mind.
