For $10 - $50 per classified ad or article, you can reach thousands of potential customers in your targeted market. As of spring of 2003 we had over 25,000 subscribers who all signed up directly from our web site. We do not "spam" or buy lists. We get about 3,000 - 5,000 new subscribers per month. Article Advertisements- Submit an article for our bi-monthly newsletter. Hyperlink various parts of your article to graphics of your products, individual pages and various web sites. Newsletter Banner Ads & Text Ads- These may be submitted for newsletters as outlined below. When you send your graphics as attachments remember to send them in .GIF or .JPG formats.

Reminder Notes-
Please give me a little note including your name and company as well as instructions. I get hundreds of eMails a day so please don't assume that I will just know what you are sending and what to do with your eMail. Taking a moment to do this will make it easier for me to get things moving more quickly for you.

Text Ads & Articles-
When you send articles please send them in in Word or Text Programs. Please use spell and grammar check before sending and if you have graphics make sure to also send them as attachments in your eMail.

If you order advertising for three months or more you will receive 20% off your total advertising fees. You must however order it at one time to receive the discount. Month to month payments do not qualify.

Do You Sell Pop Ups?

No, we do not sell pop up advertising. We only use one pop up to promote our own newsletter. Like many of our web visitors, we find a lot of pop ups annoying.

How Many Listings May I Have?

You may have multiple listings. How many will be determined at the time of your application as we want to make sure that our web site is not over cluttered with advertisements. Therefore, it will be decided at the time of your proposal to advertise with us.

Do You Give Refunds?

Once you place your order with us we will begin the process of getting your ads on our site and thus will have begun the process of set up. You may receive a refund of 75% of the cost of your ad if it has not been made live. If it has already been made live we do not offer refunds.

Do You Offer Advertising On Multiple Web Sites?

Yes, we have several web sites which you may choose to advertise on. At the time of your order we will review with you which sites receive the most traffic and let you determine which of our sites you would like to advertise on.

Are There Discounts For Advertising On More Than One Site?

Yes, if you advertise on more than one site you will receive 50% off the cost of advertising on ever site after the first one.

How Many Web Site Visitors Will See My Ad?

The answer to this question varies. It depends on what web site you choose to advertise on, what web pages on that web site your ad is on and what our traffic is like at the time that your ads are running. Our sites get thousands of hits per day but it is very difficult to give exact numbers as it is constantly fluctuating. Also, we run our sites on pay-per-click search engines in addition to being well indexed on Yahoo!, Google and other top search engines. We sometimes run larger campaigns on the weekends on our pay-per-click search engine accounts which drastically increases our traffic at those times.

Will I Receive A Reminder To Renew My Ad(s)?

Yes, we will send you a reminder eMail several days before your ad campaign ends to give you the opportunity to renew your ad or submit a new one.

May I Pay For More Than 30 Days Of Advertising At A Time?

Yes, you may pay us in advance for up to six months of advertising.

Do I Get A Discount For Ordering Advertising For More Time?

Yes, if you order advertising for three months or more you will receive 20% off your total advertising fees. You must however order it at one time to receive the discount. Month to month payments do not qualify.

What Types Of Advertising Would You Not Approve Of For Your Web Sites?

We have put together some general guidelines below that will assist you in determining if we would be likely to accept your advertising proposal on our web sites. Fell free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding our policies.

1) Remove all child pornography on your site: Holistic Wisdom, Inc. is a member of ASACP, the largest and most well-known anti-child pornography movement in the adult web industry. Sites that contain sexually explicit conduct to any persons under eighteen years of age, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex will not be accepted, and likely will be referred to law enforcement and other groups such as ASACP and Anti-Pedophile Network.

2) Illegal obscenity: Any service which presents, links to, or otherwise promotes illegal obscenity will not be accepted. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. forbids "obscenity", sometimes also called "hard-core pornography". Obscenity laws vary from state to state, and often, from community to community. In the United States, juries typically regard obscenity as sexual behavior involving one or more of the elements: extreme sadomasochism, actual incest, and depictions of rape and other forms of nonconsensual erotic behavior not marked as fantasy. Juries typically fail to define sexual behavior where the conduct is consensual, nonviolent, and involves healthy adults in the privacy of their own home as "obscene." However, because every community is different, you should consult a local attorney who is familiar with first-amendment laws and local obscenity statutes before using Holistic Wisdom, Inc..

3) No bestiality: Web sites with actual sexual acts between humans and animals will not be accepted. However, sites that features animals and people with no sexual contact are acceptable.

4) No stolen / unlicensed content: If your site is promoting or using stolen property or unlicensed material, then we can't list your site. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. is a supporter of APIC Worldwide.

5) No rape or nonconsensual content: Nonconsensual sex in any context other than a clearly labeled fantasy setting is prohibited.

6) Licensed celebrity content: Only licensed content will be allowed once documentation has been submitted and deemed acceptable.

7) Filtering software: Any site or service selling adult content that has failed to request filtering companies such as Cybersitter, Safesurf, NetNanny or SurfWatch to block minors from accessing their content will be asked to do so.

8) No unsolicited bulk eMail: We will not accept any service which promotes its site(s), directly or indirectly, by using unsolicited commercial bulk eMail (e.g., "UCBE" or "spam") or through related abusive practices such as unsolicited mass instant-messaging and chat-room flooding.

9) "Hijacked" or "cybersquatted" domains: Names that are, in and of themselves, of no interest to adult-oriented audiences (e.g., whitehouse.com), with particular emphasis placed on those domain names that minors might accidentally visit will not get listed.

10) False deceptive advertising: Any service which has been subject to regulatory or law-enforcement scrutiny alleging certain abuses, such as false/deceptive advertising or overcharging of credit cards will not be accepted.

11) Failing to disclose contact information: Any service which fails to disclose where it is physically located, and which fails to provide the public with contact information such as mailing address, telephone number and eMail address will be asked to do so. Correct "Who Is" information on domain registration or "Contact Us" information on your site is acceptable.

1. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. is not responsible for any advertisement that violate the rights of any other party. Nevertheless, we reserve the right at any time to reject or revise any advertisement or advertising agreement at our absolute discretion. All parties agree that any dispute shall be venued in Longmont, Colorado. We may collect reasonable attorneys' fees and collection charges incurred by us.

2. Advertiser and its agency agree not to make any reference to Holistic Wisdom, Inc., its trademarks or its properties without the prior written permission of Holistic Wisdom, Inc.

3. The advertiser and the advertiser's agency jointly and severally represent and warrant to us that they have the right to authorize publication of the contents thereof and we have the legal right to use the advertisement and each component thereof, and that any necessary written consent has been obtained from any party whose image, likeness, artwork, copyrighted material, trademark, service mark, or personal or private information appears in or is referred to in the advertisement.

Furthermore, the advertiser and the advertiser's agency, jointly and severally, shall defend (using counsel acceptable to Holistic Wisdom, Inc.) and indemnify Holistic Wisdom, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise from any actual or alleged libel, violation of privacy rights, plagiarism, copyright or trademark infringement, obscenity, or any other claim or action relating to the advertisement or its publication.

4. No conditions other than those set forth in this agreement shall be binding on Holistic Wisdom, Inc. unless specifically agreed to in writing by us. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks or copy instructions that conflict with provisions of this agreement, except as provided herein.

5. Advertisers agree to provide at the request of Holistic Wisdom, Inc. and in a timely manner, client agrees to provide name and address information for the custodian of record for any and all images portrayed in advertisers creative. Furthermore, we do not currently support advertising for sites depicting unlicensed celebrity content, bestiality, under age content or content that is otherwise unlicensed or considered illegal. Should there be any questions or additional inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact our advertising team.

6. Willful and/or repeated violations of these policies can and may lead to loss of any or all funds deposited with Holistic Wisdom, Inc. as well as refusal to allow future advertising.
