Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare customer orders for shipping department. Training on sexual education and products will be provided, however some education on such issues welcomed.

Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative

FULL TIME 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F

Required Skills:

Must have working knowledge of a PC, excellent writing skills, ability to multi-task and work independently. Must also be comfortable discussing sexual health issues with customers while maintaining professional boundaries.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Upsell products and services.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
Complete call logs and reports.
Research billing issues.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
