shopping cart to process your order. Put that amount into
the QUANTITY box without a decimal point. (i.e.: $89.95
= 8995) |

Put
the names of the products you are wishing to order or any
additional notes that you wish to come through on your order
in the ITEMS ORDERING & NOTES box. |

3)

Submit
the ADD TO CART Button and you will be prompted to continue
with your order as usual. |
Special
Price Authorization-
This
page can be used to to have customers put in a special price approved
by Holistic Wisdom, Inc. staff.
International
Use-
This
page is also particularly useful for International orders when
phoning in an order of a special price or when a credit card number
verification is needed, but the International phone rates are
not desired.
