After
learning of the Joanne Web
case we decided to start a donations department
that will provide adult businesses and individuals like
Joanne that need funds to pay for all of the legal costs
that come with such ridiculous and unconstitutional legal
battles.
ALL
proceeds will go to legal assistance to aid individuals
that need it and who are involved in the adult businesses
that meet our standards.
Despite
what many people think, a business that sells adult products
is like any other and does not necessarily make a lot of
profit. Joanne indicated to me that she is close to financial
ruin because of this case, and there are many like her that
have the courage to stand up to such injustice, but not
the legal costs.

and cannot afford to pay for legal fees during what can often
turn into a long and costly legal battle.
