rings work their magic by constricting blood flow, keeping
blood in the shaft of the penis. When a wearer ejaculates,
the sensation is more intense, since it often takes a

Safety
Concerns-
A cock ring
should only slightly increase the size of a man's erection. If
there is excessive swelling, then the fit of a cock ring is too
tight. This is more often the case with a non-stretchy material
such as leather or metal.
If you find swelling, pain or if the genitals feel cold, take
the cock ring off immediately.
When wearing
a cock ring (especially like the leather or metal ones) you need
to make sure you do not wear it for an extended period of time.
Do not wear one for more that a couple hours (such as overnight)
as they can cause blood coagulation in the penis, making it difficult
to lose the erection (priapism). If this happens to you, seek
medical attention as soon as possible to avoid long term damage.
We recommend
giving your penis a breather after a maximum of 20 minutes of
wearing one. Spending too long with a cock ring on can damage
the capillaries and bruise the penis, leaving you sore for a few
days. In the worse case scenario, it could permanently affect
the tissue.
We think it's
wise, especially if you are first experimenting with cock rings,
to remove it after five to 10 minutes to let your blood flow normally.
