Use-
Hold one of the three buttons (which light up) for 3 seconds and
the Form 6 will begin to vibrate. This delay feature is so that
it prevents it accidentally being turned on when traveling. The
five speeds of vibrations
can then be adjusted independently and can follow five different
patterns when the center button is selected.
