DC Comics is resurrecting the classic comic book character as a lesbian, unveiling the new Batwoman in July as part of an ongoing weekly series that began this year. World's Oldest Condom

The oldest surviving condom in the world has gone on display in an Austrian museum. The reusable condom dates back to 1640 and is completely intact, as is its original users' manual, written in Latin. The manual suggests that users immerse the condom in warm milk prior to its use to avoid diseases. The antique, found in Lund in Sweden, is made of pig intestine and is one of 250 ancient objects related to sex on display at the Tirolean County Museum in Austria this summer.

There is no Vermont law that prohibits public nudity, unless you're a flasher. "I can't imagine it's very much fun to ride a bike nude, or roller blade in the rain nude, but you're not gonna end up in jail for simply doing it," says Sorrell. Nude sunbathing in Burlington would be legal anywhere in the city. In front of the police department, on a city street, any beach, or on the bike path. There's only one restriction: you can't nude sunbathe in city parks.

R. Kelly Sex Tape To Be Made Public

A federal judge ruled that the public may view a videotape showing singer R. Kelly having sex with an underage girl. According to the Chicago Tribune, Judge Vincent Gaughan said he saw no reason to bar the tape from public viewing.

Kelly, who was arrested in February 2002 when the tape surfaced, has pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography. At one time, the singer was facing more than 80 counts of soliciting a minor for the purposes of child pornography and related charges.

The tape was made sometime between January 1998 and October 2000, prosecutors said. The victim, whose name is withheld by the court, was 13 when the incident took place. She is 21 now. The tape purportedly shows Kelly performing various sex acts on the girl, including one in which he urinates upon the girl, who is said the be the daughter of an associate. He has denied any wrongdoing.

In 2003, the 39-year-old singer was indicted on several counts of possessing child pornography in Florida, but those charges were dropped when the court ruled that police had conducted an illegal search. Kelly’s troubles over women or young girls have dogged the singer for years. He was sued by a stripper who claimed he taped her while they were having sex without her knowledge, while at least two other sex-related lawsuits involving underage girls have been settled by the singer’s attorneys in recent years.

New Version of Pirates Receives 'R' Rating

A version of the Digital Playground- Adam & Eve feature Pirates has recently received an R-Rating from the MPAA. Following the R-Rating, Digital Playground acquired mainstream distribution from MTI, and will release the new R-rated DVD version on July 11. The company said that the pre-book is scheduled for June 20, timed to coincide with the July 7, theatrical release of Pirates of the Caribbean 2.

Joone, Digital Playground founder and the director of Pirates, said, "I'm extremely pleased that the movie will be available for mainstream audiences. We have been working on this cut since December of 2005 and are very happy with the end result." Digital Playground President, Samantha Lewis said, "According to MTI, their top retail accounts are curious and interested in the new Pirates and are buying deep. I couldn't be happier.” Shot on location in California, and off the coast of Florida, Pirates was released as an adult feature in September of 2005. The features stars Jesse Jane, Carmen Luvana, Janine, Teagan Presley, Devon, Austyn Moore and Jenaveve Jolie.
