Before I give you some ideas on making a Bachelor or Bachelorette Party great I wanted to take a moment to address a mistake I think many people make in hosting such parties.

It seems to me that the point of a Bachelor or Bachelorette Party is to celebrate the impending wedding for the bride or groom to be. It is honoring that they have found what they believe to be the love of their life.

Unfortunately, these days it seems that many focus on the idea that the Bachelor or Bachelorette Party is about celebrating the last few moments of being single.

Often there are attempts to do everything possible to sabotage a marriage before it goes down from prostitutes to doing drugs and alcohol to the point of losing rational thought and doing things that would be sure to be deal breakers if the bride or groom ever found out.

I find this kind of strange if you think about it... here you have found a person that you want to spend the rest of your life with and you spend your last few moments doing everything you can to sabotage it?

I think that a much more meaningful Bachelor or Bachelorette Party is providing the Bride or Groom with a celebration that lets them know that their friends will always be there for them even as they embark on a new life style and that they are happy for them as they have found someone to love and who loves them deeply. Providing gifts that celebrate the upcoming the wedding nor sabotaging it seems like a more meaningful way of letting your friend know how much you care about them.

For those of you who are not familiar with Jane's Guide, it is a web site that reviews adult web sites, books, and videos with erotic content and/or products. It is certainly frank and honest in it's reviews and is a great resource for finding quality web sites that explore the exotic to the erotic of sexuality.

The best ranking a site can receive is that they are a "Quality" site as well as an "Original" one. I am happy to report that we received their highest honors. Here is what Jane wrote of our site-

Lisa Lawless, the author of The Art of Female Ejaculation has created a web site to sell her products and other sexual aids. The focus, of course, is on female ejaculation, though there are a wide range of products to enhance sexuality and sexual health available.

The first thing that struck me was the upfront nature of the privacy statement and the exchange policy, all spelled out quite clearly. She also includes an eMail address to contact her with any questions. The most unusual piece of this section was the low price guarantee. If you find a product on another web site for a lower price, email her with the URL and description, and she offers to refund the difference to your credit card.

Well, all of these assurances and policies are nice, but what about the products? Across the board, I was impressed. There were high quality photographs and good descriptions (including dimensions, sizes, run-time on most of the videos, etc) for every item.

Products are cross referenced and easy to locate. There are some really unusual items in the gift basket section, including the “Healthy Chocolate Lovers” gift set (and a contrasting set called “Vanilla Dreams!”)

Honestly, though, the best part of this web site is the collection of Sexual Health Articles. They are accurate, well-written, and many contain photos of the lovely Ms. Lawless demonstrating techniques. I particularly liked the article on fellatio, and the accompanying pictures of her hands and face in proximity to an ejaculating penis. Very hot!

I checked out the article on “Sex When You Are Overweight” with a bit of trepidation. From the photos, Lisa Lawless is a model-slender young woman, and I was prepared to find her writing on the subject offensive. I was happily mistaken. She speaks primarily of “Self Love” as the most important factor in reducing body-size anxiety, and she couples that with some very sound advice about positions and techniques that work whether the obese partner is the woman, the man, or both. As a big woman, I was pleased and surprised to see such positive advice!

In all, this web site works both as a catalog of products to purchase and as an informational source for sexual health and techniques. I highly recommend it.
