while back I ran an article about male

For Use-

Anal
sexual activity can be pleasurable, fun and very stimulating
solo or for partners. Some of the biggest concerns seem to be
about pleasure, pain, hygiene, and STDs.
These are all important when examining anal sexual stimulation
from penetration, to outer stimulation (also known as rimming).
Below are some helpful tips that should provide you with the
information you need as well as products to aid you in achieving
your anal play goals.
Anal
Sex Hygiene
Having
unprotected anal sex is a good way to contract the HIV/AIDS
virus. Before any type of anal sex activity, it is important
that you protect yourself and your partner. Make sure to discuss
with your partner(s) the best way to ensure your health.
Bowel
Movements
It's a good idea to have a bowel movement at least an hour before
anal sex (if possible). This decreases bacterial contamination
as well as messes that may not be desirable.
Cleaning
Your Anus
Try to clean your anus thoroughly with hot, soapy water before
any anal activities. A great alternative are baby wipes, in
fact, a strippers technique, many people use them instead of
toilet paper for clean up after any bowel movement.

Anal
Enemas
An anal enema is a surge of distilled, clean water into the
anus which cleanses the area. Please Note- enemas do NOT
eliminate ALL bacteria and germs from the anus ). They are
easy to do, very inexpensive ($1.30 U.S.), and found at your
local grocery store.
There are
of course some people who find anal enemas sexually stimulating
in addition to the mere cleansing aspect. It is a good idea
to allow at least an hour before anal sex for the anal enema
to have full effect. You may want to note that it is not healthy
to perform frequent anal enemas as this can put stress on the
anus.
Bacteria
The entire anal region has a variety of bacteria inside and
just outside it. You will want to be careful to avoid getting
that bacteria into other orifices of your body to prevent infection.
When you choose to give someone a "Rim Job" or lick
their anus you may risk getting sick from bacteria present.
You may want to use a finger or toy with lubricant for a similar
effect without the risk.
Oral
Anal Sex-
Also known
as "Analingus," it is the act of licking or inserting
the tongue into the anus to provide pleasure. Both men and women
enjoy analingus and you can use some of the same techniques
on each. Positioning where the receiver's butt cheeks are naturally
spread such as kneeling on all fours (doggie style) with their
legs spread apart, or on their back with their legs up in the
air (again, legs spread apart) makes the anus easier to access.
It's not
a good idea to perform oral sex or kiss after analingus, as
bacteria from the anus can wreak havoc on other parts of the
body. Make sure to clean your mouth thoroughly afterward by
brushing your teeth and tongue and using Listerine.
Using
Condoms
For Anal Sex
Due to the risk of STD's,
including HIV/AIDS, condoms
have become an essential part of careful anal sex. It is also
good for monogamous couples because the bacteria from the anus
can get inside the urethra of the man's penis (pee hole) and
cause a ( UTI ) Urinary Tract Infection.
When using
condoms make sure to use water
based lubricants with latex condoms - an oil based lube
will destroy the condom.
Preparation For Anal Sex
To prepare
for anal sex, the first thing the receiver needs to do is relax.
Pain will most certainly occur is the receiver is tense and
clenching their sphincter muscles.
A hot bath
or massage are great beforehand and as things progress you will
want to play with the anal rim first and then slowly penetrate
with ample lubricant.
To prevent
psychological inhibitors, make sure to discuss limits, expectations
and techniques of your anal experience before you begin so that
the receiver is confident that they are not going to be painfully
surprised by something.
Preventing
Anal Trauma
The
anal canal is a very sensitive area, especially the deeper you
go. Sharp objects, friction and certain materials may cause
cuts, pain and or allergic reaction to the entire region. Be
very careful about staying within your limits and test for allergies
such as to latex, etc..
Fingering
the Anus
Before fingering
the anus, make sure your fingernails are trimmed and you have
the proper lubrication.
Rimming
Probably
the easiest anal sex technique and a great way to introduce
someone to anal sex. Start on the outside and slowly work your
way in. Use one finger to gently circle the outer rim of the
anus. Lubrication heightens pleasure and makes entry later easier.
Ringing
the Bell
Take one
finger and push on the anus without penetrating it, as though
you were ringing a doorbell. Hold each push down for a second
or two before releasing. You can vary the speed and pressure
to make more interesting.
Thrusting
This is
when lubrication is essential. Start slowly inserting a little
bit at a time into the anus while moving in and out. Once far
enough in you can build speed and pressure.
Multiple
Fingers
Once a beginner
is comfortable, you can begin to add more intensity if you desire.
Adding fingers as well as pushing against the walls while inside
will add intensity. Some people even go as far as anal
fisting. This is only for those that are well educated
in fisting and take precautions as it is a highly risky activity
for infection, permanent damage and trauma.

Love For Men
While performing
oral sex on a man it is often found to be highly erotic to stimulate
the perineum (the area between the base of the balls and the
anus).
Work your
way down to the anus and begin circling the outer rim of the
anus. If all goes well, slowly insert your finger up to your
first knuckle. Keep a close eye on your partner to make sure
he's enjoying it. Proceed slowly.
Depending
on the man, you may only be able to get one knuckle deep before
he's uncomfortable, or you may find that he enjoys an entire
finger (or two - or three).
During orgasm

Prostate
Massage-
Traditionally,
doctors would massage their patients' prostates regularly to
cure or prevent disease. Now, however, most doctors only check
the prostate, and if they find a problem prefer to cut it out
or prescribe medication.
You
can do it yourself or have your partner do it for you. Try this
practice and discover its health benefits. When you do it yourself,
you can be very gentle and make the treatment pleasurable as
well as efficacious.
The
prostate is analogous to the G spot in women which is shown
to the right. The prostate can be massaged by inserting a finger
(toy, dildo etc.) a minimum of three inches into your anus and
stroking toward the front of your body through the walls of
your rectum.
The
technique of prostate
massage actually involves two (three) organs of the male
reproductive system: the prostate gland, the seminal vesicles,
and the ampulla, which is the reservoir which actually holds

The
prostate gland when engorged can be felt by pressing a finger
into the middle of the perineum (in back of the scrotum). It
is a rounded lump about the size of a large marble. It can also
be accessed via the rectum, where it can again be felt as a
rounded lump toward the front of the body and just about an
index finger's length inside the rectum.
A
better way to find it from the rectum is to insert the middle
finger, and slide it from just inside the rectum (on the front
side) up and in until you feel it move over a lump. That will
be the prostate.
During
sexual arousal, sperm and ejaculatory fluid accumulate in these
glands backing up behind valves in the ejaculatory ducts. When
fluid pressure reaches a high enough threshold, the valves open
and the urethral bulb fills, triggering the ejaculatory reflex
and muscular contractions of orgasm, which empties the glands.
You can massage your prostate by simply inserting your finger
or toy into the anus and reaching back and up towards the navel
until you feel the prostate gland. Use natural-content personal
