Wa Balls
are made from a variety of substances, including gold plating,
silver, steel, plastic, Lucite and any combination thereof.
They are slightly larger than a child's marbles. They are sold
by the pair and are intended for vaginal insertion.
Duotone
Balls are a variation on the Ben Wa theme: metal ball bearings
are enclosed within hollow plastic or metal balls tied together
with a string. (Ben Wa Balls are not intended for anal use as
they can get easily "lost," while Duotone Balls are
less likely to via the string attachment.)
The
point of both of these products are that they are supposed to
roll around inside causing a degree of sexual arousal. There
are vibrating versions of the Duotone balls which certainly
makes the stimulation more intense.
Because
they are made from hard, non-porous substances, Ben Wa Balls
don't absorb bacteria, unlike some Duotone Balls made from rubber

it's true many of us neglect ourselves. I too am guilty of looking
and feeling a mess from time to time. With so much to do and
so little time it seems that taking those extra moments to put

I
can also say that I really don't feel my best when I am not

Studies
have actually shown that using a favorite perfume in the middle

Ants Are Showing Humans How It's Done
It seems
that Australia is being overwhelmed with a super mutant ant
that originally came from Argentina. The ants are overtaking
other ants and becoming quite a dominant force like no one has
ever seen.
The "mutation"
occurred when they changed their behavior so that they are no
longer aggressive toward one another as most normal ants are
usually. This has resulted in the colonies becoming one supercolony
and taking over massive a space of over 62 miles (100 kilometers)
across under the southern Australian city of Melbourne.
So why
is this a provocative thought?
Oddly enough,
this story reminded me of the theme of A Bug's Life
or in our world... Mohandas (Mahatma or "Great Soul") Gandhi's
influence. Because
if you think about what these ants are capable of now that they
are no longer violent toward one another you can imagine what
humans would be capable of if we spent our time working together
rather than fighting one another.
Physical
Vs. Emotional, Mental, Spiritual
There may
be a physical reason why this change occurred, but certainly
most mutations occur to better the species survival through
a level of "conscious" energy that goes into such
a transformation. A level of this kind of conscious energy could
do us all a bit of good in my opinion.
Think of
what we could accomplish... using money and resources to cure
disease instead of weapons, war and violence, providing food
for the hungry, shelter for the homeless, and so much more.
With collaboration we could be better people because we would
come from compassion and understanding of one another rather
than competition and hatred.
The ants
in Australia are an example of what is possible when there is
a conscious and behavioral change. Never forget that our perceptions
create our reality. If ants can do it, perhaps we humans have
a shot too?

Alien
Vs. Predator (AvP)
If you enjoyed
the movies Alien & Predator chances are you will like this
one. I really did not expect it to be very good, and perhaps
that is why I was so impressed. I figured that when you bring
two characters from different movies together you lose the initial
magic of those films to the point that you end up sadly disappointed.
The movie
has incredible special effects and while the plot was at times
clumsy, it was an overall good film. I have read reviews of

I
have been a subscriber to your newsletter for six months
now, so I've finally decided to send some feedback your
way. First of all, I'm a 30 year old man who thoroughly
enjoys your newsletters and finds them filled with very
useful information.
The
reason I'm so interested in your website, newsletters,
etc. is I want to make sure when I make love to a woman,

In
regard to your quest... one of the things that many people
have a hard time with is finding a suitable partner. If
it were easy there would not be thousands of dating sites
making millions!
The
best suggestion that I can make is to first make a list
of things that you are looking for in a significant other.
When I say a list I mean a very specific and comprehensive
outline of what you think would compliment you, your growth
as a person and lifestyle. These characteristics should
include their sense of humor, physical health, habits,
belief systems: religion, family values, and other important
attributes. The more specific you can be the better.
The
reason for creating this list is not to expect them to
knock on your door when you are finished, but to give
you clarity on what you really want in a partner. Often
the secret to success in life is having a very specific
vision of what you want, and then outlining steps to achieve
your goals.
This
leads me to my next reason for the list... it will provide
hints as to where to find them. If you are looking for
someone who shares your love for hiking, then seek out
hiking sports supply stores, hiking trails and other obvious
related areas.
Also,
don't rule out the idea that you may have already met
them. My hubby John knew me in high school when we were
14 years old when we lived down the street from one another.
He moved away after high school and because we were only

Breastfeeding Moms Hold 'Nurse-In' at Starbucks
More than two dozen mothers staged a breastfeeding "nurse-in"
at a Starbucks Corp. store in Maryland in an effort to
get the world's largest coffee shop chain to adopt a policy
allowing breastfeeding in all its U.S. stores.
Lorig
Charkoudian, who organized the event, said that she began
her quest when she was nursing her 15-month-old daughter
at the store in Silver Spring, Maryland, and was asked
by a Starbucks employee to cover up with a blanket or
breastfeed in the bathroom.
She
protested and, after eventually reaching the regional
vice president, got Seattle-based Starbucks to recognize
a Maryland law that allows mothers to breastfeed their
children in public. Starbucks spokeswoman Audrey Lincoff
said in a statement that the coffee chain "quickly apologized
for her negative experience" and reminded employees at
its Maryland stores to comply with the law.
Death To Gays In Iran
While we debate gay marriage here in the U.S., homosexuals
in Iran just want to live another day. Even with all the
changes in Iran, the punishment for acts of homosexuality
is harsh and still quite active. For two men caught engaged
in sodomy, the punishment is death. For women convicted
of being lesbian, it is 100 lashes.
The
Iranian government articulates it this way: “Homosexuality
in Iran, treated according to the Islamic law, is a sin
in the eyes of God and a crime for society.” In Islam,
homosexuality is among the worst possible sins. For that
reason, even the electric chair seems tame when compared
to the methods used to put homosexuals to death in Iran.
A
convicted homosexual could be stoned to death, drawn and
quartered, beheaded, thrown off a cliff, burned alive
or cut in two pieces with the remains burned. Against
this chilling tradition and emotional threat, there are
some groups focused on support for gay Iranians.
