Hi
Lisa,
I was wondering if it is okay to ejaculate (female ejaculate)
while pregnant?

Hi,
I
hate to start of with "it depends," but it does.
First, you really have to talk with your OBGYN about such
matters as each pregnancy can be different and come with
different risks. For women who require bed rest or decreased
activity during their pregnancy due to health risks, you
will of course want to decrease the intensity of your
sex life as well.
For
some women, in order to expel the ejaculate, they need
to bear down and push. Of course some women have it dribble
out, others may have to exert themselves and that is when
there may be possible problems that may arise... especially
if the pregnancy is high risk, or if you are about to
give birth.
Now,
when I was pregnant I was able to have sexual activity
stay just as pleasureful and intense throughout my pregnancy...
with creative positioning.
However,
as all women are different and all pregnancies are different,
it is best to speak with your doctor about your specific
situation and whether or not they feel that your body
and the baby can handle sexual activity and to what level
of intensity.
