If You Steal or Duplicate Content from Us-

Legal Action Against You- If you steal content from our websites copyright law permits us a settlement that you will have to pay ranging from $200 to $150,000 for each work you have infringed. You will have pay for all attorneys fees and court costs and may also go to jail.

If we find that you have taken our website(s) content, we will report it to Google and other search engines as duplicate content and as copyright infringement.

If you remove it from your site but have still copied it at any point, we can use an Internet Archive to demonstrate that the content in question had appeared on your website at an earlier time (as proof) and we strongly recommend you do not copy anything in the first place.

File Sharing - Please note that legal action will be brought against the person that uploaded and illegally shared the content and the file sharing company (if one is involved) will also be addressed under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act - DMCA. If you upload to a file sharing website, they keep record of your personal information such as ISP, etc. therefore, you are not electronically anonymous and can be tracked down for legal action against you.
