Hi
Lisa,
I have been diagnosed with Vulvodynia (pain especially during
sex). Where can I get resources to help me with this?
-
Kate

Hi
Kate,
Vulvodynia
also referred to as Vestibulitis, and is
diagnosed from the symptoms of pain or discomfort of the female
genitalia or surrounding area. Symptoms of this can be general
pain, burning, stinging, irritation, itching, inflammation or
rawness. The discomfort can be constant or occasional and may
be worsen during sexual activity.
In
the medical community, Vulvodynia is being
connected to a systemic connective tissue disorder.
