How They Work & How To Use Them

Penis sleeves (a.k.a.: penis extenders) are designed to provide men with added length and/or girth to their penis. They are often ribbed or textured to provide additional stimulation to a partner and sometimes they have a vibrator attached to them to increase blood flow to your penis as well as provide stimulation to a partner's clitoris, perineum or anus.

How to Use a Penis Extender

The best way to put them on is to roll them on in order to create suction inside the penis extender.
You can opt to use lubricant inside of them to create additional sensation; however, too much lubricant can cause it to slip so make sure that if you use lubricant inside that you use small amounts.

Realistically, a man will have decreased sensitivity from extenders that cover the head of their penis, however, pressure from squeezing is still felt. That is why most soft sleeves are not idea for men with erectile dysfunction (ED) unless they are firm and provide support.
