We get daily calls from men wanting to get a penis extender. Honestly, I think the ones with heads are nice, but it makes it harder for a man to maintain an erection since he loses sensation at the most sensitive part of his penis.

Thus, the sleeves that only surround the shaft leaving the head to experience arousal are nice. This also allows for a harder erection from sensitivity as well as the squeezing of the base and shaft from these stretchy silicone sleeves.

These sleeves in particular are thick and fit extremely snugly and they are not as stretchy as some of the jelly type materials which means they will stay put even with lubricant and squeeze you to pump more blood to the head. I feel they are a bit too snug so I would not recommend using them for more than 20 - 30 minutes at a time as you want to give your penis a break from being squeezed for a long period of time.

They will make any penis very wide as both rings are just about a 1/2 inch thick all the way around. If your partner does not want this level of width, you may want to consider a cock ring.
