I got this to use while making the Make Your Own Dildo Kit and it worked really well as it allowed me to sustain my erection during the process. I sometimes use them during sex as well. The different sizes are nice as sometimes I want a really snug fit while other times I enjoy a looser one. The small one is really tight on me so I do not leave that one on a long time as you recommended for safety reasons (under 20 min.). The simplicity and cost make these well worth having.
