How
Long Does Shipping Take?
We
do allow for rush orders which will be sent priority shipping.
U.S.
Shipping-
Once
your order has been processed, standard shipping takes approximately
5 -15 business days, priority shipping takes 2 - 4 business days.
Please note that depending on where you live it can take longer. Liberator
and Tunti products tend to take longer to ship due to weight, if you
need these products sooner, extra charges may apply.
International Shipping-
Once
your order has been processed, shipping
takes approximately 10 - 20 business days (depending on where you
are located in the world). Please note that depending on where you
live it can take longer. We do not ship using Fed Ex for International
orders, and International Orders over $200.00 will be sent UPS and
additional shipping charges will apply. Once your order has been placed
we will contact you by email with your final shipping options. The
amount for shipping charged at the time of placing your order is a
estimate and specific amounts are determined once a package is sealed
and weighed.
Overnight
Shipping
If you would like us to overnight your package
we can do so, however you will need to call or eMail us after you
place your order to request it. We need to verify that we have the
item in stock in addition to an extra shipping charge. Overnight orders
can be arranged Monday - Thursday by 1pm MST. Please request this
in the Special Order Instructions field in our cart or by phone. We
will contact you with additional shipping costs (usually about $25,
but may be more). The amount is based on your order, area and carriers
available. If we cannot reach you with a shipping quote before our
cut off time to ship, we will take your request as permission to charge
the additional amount for shipping.
Closed
On Friday - Sunday
Please note that we are closed Friday - Saturday
and cut off times for overnight orders for the week are by 1pm MST
Thursday. The next available time to ship overnight will be Monday
by 1pm
MST.
What
Type Of Shipping Options Do You Offer?
We
primarily ship using a postal address, however, we are VERY flexible.
If there is a request that you have in addition to our standard fees
which will be calculated when you order... simply call or eMail us
and we will send your order to you any way you like. We ship to you
at the lowest rates available... as we believe in giving you the best
for your money.
Orders
By Check-
Orders made by check via PayPal or by mail will
have to wait until the check clears before we can ship the merchandise.
This can take as long as 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank.
What
Are The Shipping & Handling Fees?
Our
shipping fees range on products and lessen the more you order, so
it is difficult to tell you up front exactly what they will be until
you get to our shopping cart. You will be given the option of accepting
the final price before any charge is applied to your credit card.
Also,
be aware that not only do our "shipping & handling"
fees include the cost it takes to mail your package, but it also goes
into the cost of the packaging, the shipping label, tape, ink to print
your label, letter, and paying our staff to put the package together
for you in addition to other costs.
Please
know that we charge very little in shipping and handling charges compared
to what it actually costs us to get your package to you. We are not
out to make huge profits off your shipping costs, we simply need to
ensure we do not lose money in the process of getting it to you.

Do
You Ship Outside The United States?
Yes, an extra shipping
charge will be added to your order.

do not accept foreign currency or money orders. All money orders or
checks MUST be in US currency.
We do not add unnecessary shipping & handling charges to
bulk up our prices.

to purchase our products we are not responsible for them getting confiscated
by customs.

laws or standards of your community restrict the electronic or physical
delivery of adult sexual material, then you may not order products

International
Customs Delays, Fees & Other Restrictions
Customs may inspect
your order, possibly asking you for more details about the goods,
or even inspect the goods themselves. Based on its inspection, Customs
will make a final assessment of the import duties, VAT and/or excise
duties payable. This is the responsibility of the customer as Holistic
Wisdom, Inc. does not cover custom fees.
It is also possible that Customs will establish that the goods may
not be imported, and the customer will assume responsibility for this
possibility as Holistic Wisdom, Inc. has no control over the decisions
of a country's customs fees or denial of admittance into a country.
Your
Customs office may also delay the delivery of your package. Holistic
Wisdom, Inc. is only responsible for the time in which we ship the
package, we are not responsible for delays caused by your Customs
office.
