International Shipping-

• Once your order has been processed, shipping takes approximately 10 - 20 business days (depending on where you are located in the world). Please note that depending on where you live it can take longer.
• Orders to Canada typically take 10 business days or 3-5 days when rushed plus time for the customs process.
• Uncollected duties and customs fees by carrier will be charged to customer's card if customer does not pay them at time of delivery.

Overnight Shipping

If you would like us to overnight your package we would be happy to do that for you, however, you will need to specify it in your order by selecting the Express Overnight Fee box when placing an order in the online shopping cart; which in turn will authorize us to charge your credit card a 2nd time for the additional overnight shipping charges.

• Overnight orders can be arranged Monday - Thursday by 11am EST. Orders placed on holidays, Fridays or weekends will be shipped overnight the following business day that we are open. To see our business hours and closures, see our Contact page.
  
  
• We will contact you via email with the additional shipping costs (PLEASE- Check your spam folder if you do not see an email from us within 24 hours of placing your order as we will have attempted to contact you). If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will either charge your card for the overnight charge and ship it Express or send it Priority mail at our discretion based on what day it is (weekends, holidays, etc. affect delivery times) and use the fastest way to get it to you using the least expensive method.
  
  
• Based on the weight of our average order, they are usually about $45, but may be as high as $85 depending on the weight and location). The amount is based on your order, area and carriers available.
  
  
• We do not charge exorbitant shipping costs; rather they are the cost of how much carriers such as UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL charge to ship your order and for us to process. The reason we charge overnight fees separately is because the costs can only be determined once the items are packaged with the most reduced rate available to us.
  
  
• On occasion some of our products have to be shipped from separate warehouses. If you request overnight delivery on an order with multiple items and this is the case your overnight shipping charges may be more expensive. If you would like us to contact you if this should occur, please indicate in the Special Order Instructions section at the time that you place your order, otherwise your selecting the Express Overnight Fee when placing an order will serve as your authorization to charge your card separately for the additional shipping costs.
  
  
• If you place your order paying by PayPal, we will contact you to request payment for the overnight charge. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of contacting you, we will ship it standard delivery.
  
  
• Important Please Note- If you want us to contact you before we ship your order for a shipping quote before we charge your card for the additional shipping, please let us know in the Special Order Instructions section at the time that you place your order, otherwise your selecting the Express Overnight Fee when placing an order will serve as your authorization to charge your card separately for the additional shipping costs.
  
  
• International Orders (Any order shipping outside of the US Including Canada). We do not ship overnight for International Orders as this service is not available. If you do live outside of the US and you wish for an expedited delivery method, please let us know when you will need you order to be received before you place it so that we can ensure that it will be able to be received in time.

Leaving A Package without Signature Required

Sometimes, our customers desire a package to be left, rather than signed for by an adult. Typically, we ship with a form of delivery confirmation to assure that your order arrives to you safely. You may request for your package to be sent with no signature required or to be left by the shipping carrier in the Special Order Instructions field upon check out.

This will serve as a legal release that you have authorized us to ship in this manner and that you understand that Holistic Wisdom, Inc. will not be held responsible for the package once it leaves our facility as it cannot be verified as delivered because of your request. If your package is lost or stolen and the carrier shows your package as delivered, you will still be responsible for the charges as it was your request to have the package left.

Weather

On a rare occasion, weather conditions from the shipping of delivery area affect if a package can arrive in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such conditions, however, we will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

What Type Of Shipping Options Do You Offer?

We ship using a variety of carriers. Please let us know if your address has delivery restrictions or you prefer a certain carrier in the Special Order Instructions section when you check out if you prefer.

You may also call or email us before you place your order and we will send your order to you any way you like. We ship to you at the lowest rates available... as we believe in giving you the best for your money.

Orders By Check-

Orders made by check via PayPal or by mail will have to wait until the check clears before we can ship the merchandise. This can take as long as 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank.

Do You Ship To APO Addresses?

Yes, however, as we have no way of tracking APO orders, customers who choose to have an order shipped to an APO address are liable for the package and will not be eligible for a refund should it be lost in transit as we have no way of tracking these shipments.

Packaging

All products are shipped to you exactly as we receive them from the manufacturers. Some manufacturers seal their product packaging with stickers, card board wraps and other means, while others do not seal their boxes. Please be reassured that we sell only new products and do not take returns, so under no circumstances would you ever receive a product that is not brand new.

Do You Ship Outside The United States?

Yes, an extra shipping charge will be added to your order.

International Customs Delays, Fees & Other Restrictions

Customs may inspect your order, possibly asking you for more details about the goods, or even inspect the goods themselves.
