Should
I Get Circumcised?

Lisa,
I am not sure as to whether or not to be circumcised, some sites
seem to be pro circumcision, and others are against... I have
read your circumcision
article and am still not sure... can you help me
to decide?

Thanks
for contacting me. Unfortunately, I can't give you the answer
as this is a very personal decision that only you can make for
yourself. My husband who is circumcised loves being so, however
I have heard from men who are not who are just as happy. There
are pros and cons to each side.
Each
side claims to be better. Honestly, it should be a case by case,
personal decision and you ultimately have to decide what you want
to do.
Sorry,
I can't be of more help... but it is kind of like me asking you
if getting breast reduction surgery is right for me... all you
could do is tell me what you know about it and tell me the decision
is ultimately mine... because in the end... I do not know if you
will be happier or unhappier doing it, only you can answer that.

Up-
The
man who wrote this question, has since contacted me to report
that he went through with the procedure and said that he is very
happy that he did. He no longer gets infections, he claims that
sex and masturbation is better and that his female partners are
responding more favorably to his circumcised penis. In this case,
the individual made the right choice for himself. However, I cannot
stress enough that this is not the best choice for everyone and
ultimately a man must discern for himself what it is he desires.
