I
had never tried a kegel strengthener before. I have to say I rather
enjoy using my Smartballs. I use a dab of lubricant to make insertion
a bit easier, and pop them in just before I go to work. I barely
feel them during the day unless I begin to stand up or squat down
for something. That is when I feel my muscles pull it up inside
and when I know it is working.
There
is a little deviant thought I get from knowing that I have a little
something inside me during the day... a secret I enjoy having.
My
husband has noticed a difference after just three weeks of me
