Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns for non-defective items for health and sanitary purposes. This is for our customers and staff's health, safety, and peace of mind because it is the only way to guarantee your products have not been tampered with or used.

Think about it this way, would you want to buy a sex toy from a sex toy store that takes returns and buy one that was possibly previously used? While we know that other sex toy companies resell returned and/or previously used products, we would never dream of putting our customer's health at risk in that manner.

Manufacturer Defects

It is rare that a product we sell is defective, but something may occasionally go wrong during the manufacturing process or a component comes loose during shipping. If we require a defective product to be returned, they are sent back to the manufacturer to determine the problems with the product. They are NEVER restocked with our inventory or resold. We stand by our products and have a 30-day warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranties and will replace any defective item received during that time.

  • All returns for defective items must be approved before we can accept them. We do not accept non-defective returns. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us.

  • If an item has a manufacturer defect, you may exchange the product for up to 30 days after receiving your purchase for the same product. This date can be confirmed via the tracking date of delivery through the delivery carrier used. We do not provide credits or refunds for defective products; rather, we provide a replacement for that specific product.

  • If an item is defective, we will provide you with information on how to ship it back to the manufacturer or us, depending on the product, when you call or email for a return authorization.

  • If the item is determined to be without a manufacturing defect upon its return, no refund or exchange will be granted. You will be given the choice of having us dispose of the product or have it shipped back to you. If you opt for us to send it back to you, we will bill you for the additional shipping costs to reship it.

  • Most of our products also have a manufacturer's warranty to extend 90 days to 2 or more years. In some cases, we will refer you to the manufacturer to assist you based on their warranty guidelines.

How We Work To Prevent Buyers Remorse

We provide extensive customer service support and sex toy education to prevent buyer's remorse before consumers purchase our products. We also have a stringent review process before we add products to our website, in addition to our three-strikes rule for negative product reviews. Our three-strikes rule means that if a product we sell receives three negative reviews, we will pull the product. We do this because we will not waste your time with substandard products. Customer Responsibilities

If we make an error in printing your shipping address, we will reship the order at no further cost to you. If you have provided us with the wrong shipping address or one that is not deliverable by our normal shipping means, or you refuse to pay customs fees or arrange to pick up your package, and it is returned to us; we will require you to pay to have your order reshipped once we receive it back.

We require a deliverable postal address. If you give us an address that only a certain carrier can use and we have shipped it using another, you will be responsible for us reshipping your order once we receive it back (unless we gave authorization for you to use an alternative carrier for shipping).

If your order is returned to us or unclaimed and it is no fault of our own, we will issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the products, minus shipping charges, as we would have already paid those by having shipped it the first time.

When a refund is approved for a defective item, it will not apply to downloaded files, gift certificates, memberships, certifications, or access to educational websites & catalogs.


If you change your mind or have made a mistake when you placed your order and the product has not already been shipped, you can opt for a store credit unless it is a special order item. Special order items may not be canceled. Because we do not accept returns, and therefore you may not cancel an order after it has been shipped.

What Are Special Order Items?

Special order items are products that we order just for your purchase and are shipped from the manufacturer. These include brands such as Liberator, NJoy, Phallix, NobEssence. If you would like to know if a product you are ordering is being special ordered for your order, please contact us as we are happy to determine if that will be the case.

Limitation of Liability of Products Sold

All of Holistic Wisdom, Inc.'s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to products sold on Holistic Wisdom, Inc.'s sites. The maximum liability of Holistic Wisdom, Inc. arising from any product sold on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Holistic Wisdom, Inc., its owners, officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

Legal Action

Legal action brought against Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Deschutes County, Oregon.

Certain laws and community standards across America and throughout the World require that you not access adult material. If it is illegal for you to purchase our products, we are not responsible for them getting confiscated by customs or law enforcement. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

An electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
