Fruit, Vaginal Masturbation TipsThe Benefits Of Masturbation

Masturbation can provide women with a sense of empowerment through better understanding what pleasures them without the distractions of a partner. It can provide sexual release, offer a rich and fulfilling fantasy life, reduce stress, and improve health and wellbeing.

There is no right or wrong way to masturbate, as long as it feels good and you don't do anything that will potentially harm yourself; rather, it's a beautiful way to enjoy your sexuality. Remember that pleasure is your ultimate goal, and however you get there is the right way to go about doing it, so don't worry about what feels good to others; instead, find out what feels good for you.

Preparation

The first thing to do is to set up a comfortable environment for yourself. If you're going to use sex toys, you may also want to get lubricant out if you are using anything insertable to prevent any discomfort. You may even have opted for a clitoral or G-spot stimulating lubricant, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

If you ejaculate in large amounts (female ejaculation), you may want to masturbate in the bathtub or get a waterproof throw to protect your sheets. If you are using a loud vibrator, you may want to use a heavy comforter to muffle the sound and use music or a sound machine to mask it.

Creating A Sensual Narrative

You can make your masturbation experience even hotter by reading an erotic book or watching an erotic movie. You can also enjoy our free erotic stories as well. You can also think of a past sexual encounter or one you would like to have.

Clitoral Stimulation

For clitoral stimulation, you can use various things such as your fingers, a showerhead, running water, vibrators, rubbing up against an object, anything that will stimulate the head of the clitoris. Women can be well stimulated through various nipples, labia vagina, and G-spot; however, most women require direct clitoral stimulation to orgasm. To learn more about the clitoris, please enjoy exploring our Clitoris Guide.

Using your fingers, you can rub, stroke, roll, or pinch the clitoris. You can also rub over the hood of the clitoris or along the sides, depending on your personal preferences. Some women prefer direct contact with the clitoris, while others prefer the clitoral hood to stay over their clitoris, providing a more muted sensation. There may even be a specific side of the clitoris they prefer which can deliver slight clitoral stimulation depending upon how far away you keep the clitoral stimulator.

The showerhead or bath spigot can be excellent, as well as you can adjust the water pressure. Showerheads allow a steady or pulsing stream, and the warmth of the water can be quite stimulating in itself.

Vibrators & Air Pulse Stimulators

Vibrators and air pulse stimulators (clitoral suction vibrators) can send stimulation throughout the entire clitoral structure from the head down through the clitoral legs. They provide an intensity other types of stimulation cannot provide, which is why they are so popular. Vibrators use vibration to stimulate, whereas air pulse stimulators use sonic motion to blow puffs of air over the clitoris. You can also use dual-action vibrators and air pulse stimulators for simultaneous clitoral and G-spot stimulation. There are even triple-action vibrators that also stimulate or penetrate the anus.

Clitoris & G-spot Stimulating Gels And Lubricants

There are two types of stimulating options gels and lubricants:

  • Stimulating Gels: A gel is intended to be used in very small amounts. Stimulating gels are not intended to be used in the same way as a lubricant; rather, they are more intense and for just a small area. Typically you take a pea-sized dab of clitoral or G-spot stimulating gel and apply it to the appropriate area. You then let it soak in for a few minutes, and you will begin to feel a tingling sensation.

  • Stimulating Lubricants: Lubricants that can provide stimulation come in three different types: cooling, warming, and stimulating. Cooling lubricants usually use menthol or peppermint to create the cooling sensations they provide. Warming lubricants can contain ingredients such as capsaicin, the active component of chili peppers, and cinnamon to provide warming sensations. Stimulating lubricants can use either warming or cooling ingredients and typically create tingling sensations. Because some people are sensitive to essential oils and other stimulating ingredients, doing a patch test on your arm before applying to your genitals is always a good idea.

Stimulating The G-spot

To locate your G-spot, you may want to lay on your back and bring your knees to your chest. You can use your fingers to feel for it from this position by pressing up into the G-spot area. The G-spot responds more to pressure than just a superficial rubbing. Move your fingers up into the G-spot rather than just along it for enhanced pleasure and intensity.

If you have difficulty, you might want to use a G-spot sex toy to help you. One of the easiest sex toys to reach the G-spot is a wand vibrator with a G-spot attachment or a strapless strap-on sex toys by using one end as a handle. These toys have long handles that allow you to hold them comfortably.

Homemade Sex Toys

You need to be careful about what you insert into the vagina or rub against you. The inner labia and vagina are mucous membranes that can absorb substances directly into your bloodstream. Because this bypasses the filtering system of the liver and kidneys, you are much more vulnerable to toxins and toxicants. You may wish to avoid vegetables like cucumbers that can harbor harmful bacteria on them. See our article on Homemade Sex Toys for more information on this subject.

Stimulating Breasts

Caressing or pinching your nipples can provide added sexual stimulation. It is also a great way to start masturbation. You can even attach nipple clamps that vibrate or stay constant. If your breasts are large enough, try licking your nipples yourself. This can be highly pleasurable. See more through our Nipple Toys & Nipple Stimulation Guide.

Sexual Positions For Masturbation

Sometimes using pillows, sex pillows, a headboard, or even a bathtub to push yourself into a position with your legs resting open will allow you to reach your clitoris or penetrate yourself.
